- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD.
4. Tracking Your Package
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our website. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking information to update. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact us.
5. Shipping Delays & Issues
- Significant Delays: If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from shipment, contact us for a potential full refund.
- Undelivered Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find it, please check your delivery area, with neighbors, and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us for assistance.
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Puringgogi is not responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Orders shipped to destinations outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, taxes (like VAT), and fees imposed by the destination country.
