4. Tracking Your Package

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • Significant Delays: If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from shipment, contact us for a potential full refund.
  • Undelivered Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find it, please check your delivery area, with neighbors, and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us for assistance.
